There is a huge difference between putting someone down and talking shit. It’s crazy to say something cruel about someone else just to make them feel bad. Talking shit, especially in the event of a truly unique insult, is saying something hilarious about someone else at their expense. I feel like the line between the two has been blurred in recent times.
