Bud Light got into the spiked seltzer game recently (VERY successfully, I might add!), but this is not that. Yes, this is a drink that infuses the flavor of strawberry lemonade into the Bud Light beer that you know and love.

A few people have already reviewed it on Beer Advocate, with one person saying it looks like beer when poured but smells like the “pink part of Neapolitan ice cream,” which is typically strawberry so, uh, yeah, that tracks! As for how it tastes? Apparently, pretty sweet, which is a plus for anyone like me who runs on hard seltzer.

We hadn’t seen this beer too much before. A bit of digging leads us to believe it’s primarily sold in Canada, where it’s available for a limited time this summer. That might be because we in the States have been blessed with Natural Light’s Strawberry Lemonade flavor as well as Bud Light Lemonade. So even if you can’t find Strawberry Lemonade in the U.S., you have some other great options. We reached out to Anheuser-Busch for more info and we’ll be sure to update if we hear back!
