Pastry Chef Recreated the Crunch, Shape, Texture and Taste of Pringles!

In her delicious journey to make healthy versions of favorite junk foods, Pastry chef Claire Saffitz of the Bon Apétit series Gourmet Makes took on the challenge of Pringles potato chips. The flavor, crunch, and texture took a short amount of time to complete, but the unique paraboloid shape of the chip was a bit more hard to achieve, but she finally got there anyway.
